Artist Bio:

Vicky Howard is an artist whose designs are licensed worldwide on a variety of products including fabric, tableware, gift bags, greeting cards, party ware, prints and products for the home. She has also authored and illustrated gift books for domestic and international markets. Vicky paints with watercolor, acrylic, oil and pastels and many of her paintings are held in private collections. She collaborates with her husband Rex, a talented illustrator and digital designer and often combines her illustrations with digital elements.
